Today was the second time that I added Breath Control (BC*)
to my daily effort at Doodle RAMa Meditation Practice (DRMP*). Today was ½ kirtan style mantra (with an
abundance of Interrupting Thoughts (IT*).
Yesterday was an attempt at 100% focus as I was look for “my” best method:
to match the flow of my well-developed DRMP.
Most clearly, the IT* could not present themselves
yesterday, and I began to crate an entire “chapter” about how these two mental
objects cannot exist in the same mind space.
I was galvanized that BC* had arrive In Real Life (IRL*) and will
continue to be part of Artha.

Breath In; Pause; Breath out: pause: repeat
At this time, I have not performed any research about what BC* will allegedly do in terms of the liberation of consciousness. And I don’t even know if that much is true.

At this writing, I am not rehearsed at understanding or even recognizing what benefit is appearing, but I know that there is one seeded.
