Breath Control Reflection (1)

I have found that I must use “direct mindfulness” to include DRMP* BC*; to get ME to do the effort.  This makes sense as my gate one, Kirtan which is the inner and outer voices, is a landscape changing.  I am thinking of a the way, on a long road trip, the landscape changes. Some sense of maybe I have lingered too long in the first garden.

I did ask specifically for the secret to open the gate and the breath control immediately arrived.

IT* tries very much to exist and either stops the meditation practice or something new, they come in “pops”.  A thought literally pops, not flows.  And, which I say in BC* mindfulness, the IT* pops out, having never unpacked itself. If I notice the pop beyond the sense of release, it unfurls and BC* stops.  That feels uncomfortable, disruptive.

Breathing Reflections

My mind’s purpose is to make thoughts.  To put it to rest during the transformative vibration may be enhanced when happiness appears.  It can learn that being in the state of absolute stillness can bring it what is is seeking lifelong.  That is the joy of existence.

Does it “deepen” the practice?  I know that is changing something.  I just do not know what that is yet.  I have not experienced it enough.
