The method of Doodle RAMa Meditation Practice (DRMP*) has changed. About 2 weeks ago, I made one week’s worth of legend and color in advance. I have repeated that process and am considering making that a standard (like Workbook will be). The time from beginning the mala drawing practice is shortened and without distraction on these. To start now is immediate, easy to start. “Jump right in”, said I.
The mala drawing speaks differently. The drawing carries a sense of pleasure, and the mindfulness subsides into a most compliant self-awareness. I am gently awakening to the realization of the vast amount of meditation practice when my focus is completely lost. Almost all is mind-less-ness. I feel like day one every day. No experience except the gone and a focus; gone and a focus. The gone is almost always of the mundane, seldom Artha.
The nature of the “gone” is often, I find I am teaching in a social setting to Karma people. That can never be as they remember nothing I say. I think then about the future time that I can write my posts and deliver to the website. Then anything I have to say might be heard by those special beings who do remember.
The journey through these extremes, I think, is a piece of blooming after the 3rd gate. There are no subtractive ideas.
